Contact

Tell us what you are flying and what is not working. We answer technical questions ourselves, and there is no sales qualification step between you and an engineer.

Send us a message

We reply to every message within one business day, and usually the same afternoon. If it is an active anomaly on a spacecraft you fly, put urgent in the subject line.

We use this address for the reply only. It is not added to a mailing list.
Optional. Helpful if you are a university, a government agency or an operator with several spacecraft.
If it concerns a specific spacecraft, include its COSPAR identifier and the bus type. Please do not include credentials or any payload data.

This form opens your email client with the message pre-filled. Nothing is transmitted to a third-party form handler, and we do not store what you type here.

Sundlaugavegur 32

Registered in Iceland. Registry office and operations desk in the same building. Visits by arrangement — write first and we will find a time that suits.

No phone number. We do not publish a switchboard number. Email reaches the right person faster and it leaves a written record, which matters when the question is about an anomaly on your spacecraft.

Before you write

The questions that arrive most often, answered here so you do not have to wait for us.

Can I try the platform before committing?

Yes. The Solo plan is free indefinitely with one spacecraft, and the Operator plan comes with a thirty-day trial that needs no card. Start with one spacecraft and one station; we would rather you evaluate against real telemetry than against a sample dataset.

Do you support my spacecraft bus?

If it emits CCSDS transport frames or space packets, yes, and that covers the large majority of the spacecraft we see. If it emits a proprietary housekeeping format, an ingest adapter converts it at the edge and the original bytes are preserved. Send us a pass of frames and we will tell you within a day whether we can handle it, and what the adapter would look like.

Do you need access to my ground station?

No. Your station opens an outbound TLS connection to our ingest endpoint. We do not require inbound access, a VPN, or any change to your existing antenna chain beyond pointing the stream at us. On the Fleet plan, a self-hosted collector can run in your facility instead if your policy requires it.

Can my data stay inside the European Economic Area?

Yes. Ingest, storage and processing all run in EU regions, and the Reykjavík and Keflavík stations are in the EEA. We do not transfer customer telemetry outside the EEA. Backups are held in the same region as the primary store, with a documented rotation.

How does the trial work for a research group?

Registered research institutions and non-commercial operators can apply for the Operator plan at no charge for the first year, including the ninety-day retention, on the basis of a short written application describing the mission. The application is reviewed by a person, not a scoring model, and we usually reply within a week.

Do you offer a trial of the self-hosted collector?

We will ship a collector to your facility for a paid evaluation period, usually four to six weeks. The evaluation uses the same decoder as the hosted path, so what you see locally is what you would get in production. There is no charge for the evaluation, but we do ask for the right to publish an anonymised reference about the deployment afterwards, and that is the only condition.

What should I bring to a first call?

Your spacecraft identifiers, the bus type, your current ground software and one real pass of telemetry if you have one. Thirty minutes is enough to establish whether the platform fits. If it does not, we will say so and point you at what does.

One spacecraft is enough to start

Send us a pass of frames and we will decode it against your APID map and hand back the result, whether or not you become a customer.
