1. Application review. A real engineer reads it within five working days. If we cannot see a fit, we tell you, briefly.
2. 30-minute call. With the hiring manager. Not a screen — a conversation.
3. Take-home or paired walkthrough. Pick whichever plays to your strengths. 3 hours, paid.
4. On-site (or virtual on-site). 4 hours, two technical interviews and a discussion with the team. We pay for travel.
5. Offer. Same week as the on-site, or sooner.
