Helion is operated by Helion Aerospace ehf., a company registered in Iceland under ID 460714-0210. By creating an account, signing in, or otherwise using the service, you agree to these terms.
You are responsible for what happens under your account. Sharing accounts is allowed; you may designate up to five (5) operators per account. Selling, renting, or otherwise transferring accounts for value is not allowed. We do not adjudicate disputes between operators on the same account.
Subscriptions are billed in advance for the period selected. We do not offer partial refunds for unused time. If a billing error is our fault, we will issue a full refund for the affected period. We will tell you in plain language before raising prices.
You may not attempt to issue commands to spacecraft you do not operate, interfere with other operators' tasking, or attempt to reverse-engineer the platform's anomaly engine. We document what we mean by these terms in the operator code of conduct, which forms part of these terms by reference.
You may close your account at any time. We may close your account for material breach of these terms, with prior written notice where practical. On closure, mission data is archived with the customer for 30 days, then permanently deleted.
Our liability to you is limited to the amount you have paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for losses arising from spacecraft events outside our platform, including bus faults, ground-station outages at third-party providers, or solar activity.
We may revise these terms. Material changes are announced at least 30 days in advance, on this page, in the blog, and by email if you have a registered address. Continued use after the effective date of a change constitutes acceptance.
